Actress and singer Miley Cyrus and her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth were spotted heading to Whole Foods in Studio City, California on Tuesday (September 11, 2012). The star wore a T-shirt fitting her new punk style and her groom-to-be was donned casually in a striped tank top and grey jeans for the outing. In recent news, Miley Cyrus and fiance Liam Hemsworth are making headlines because the couple were reportedly involved in a brawl with an unidentified man inside a Hollywood nightclub in the early hours of Sunday morning. The alleged victim claimed that Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth and the man exchanged heated words, then Cyrus allegedly “pushed” the victim and “hit him in the face.” But according to the police, the man had no visible injuries and a witness later told that he saw the conflict, but Miley did not throw a punch. Despite of this, it is still being investigated. The “Can’t be tamed” singer later slammed claims that she's a suspect in the criminal battery. "This claim is completely false and erroneous," her rep told celebrity news website TMZ.

The couple don’t look too worried about the accuse though as they pick up some groceries at the Whole Foods.

Miley Cyrus’ “Anarchy in the UK” top appears to have been tailored to show off some of her best assets.

The starlet teams the top with a skin-tight black mini skirt, matching Doc Martens and chunky gold chain necklaces.

Her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, who is currently gearing up to kick off filming on the second instalment of the Hunger Games saga “Catching Fire”, is charged with carrying the groceries as he left the store with his bride-to-be.
